Hi Everyone Welcome Back~ Why baking appeals to me？ Baking appeals to me for many reasons. First of all, it is something that can bring out your art and creativity. I often design different styles of cakes and flavors myself. This makes me feel very accomplished. I also love the sensory experience baking gives me. Every time the rich aroma fills the kitchen, the sight of the dough fermenting, and the satisfying feeling of taking out the golden bread from the oven, it brings me a unique pleasure that is difficult to replicate. Baking fosters relationships with friends and family as well. Warmth can be created by sharing prepared delicacies with loved ones. Sharing food creates lasting memories and draws people together, whether it's a birthday cake or a simple cookie. When I watch my loved ones and friends enjoying their cuisine, it makes me very pleased. And lastly, baking is a fantastic way to practice mindfulness.  I have two passion, that’s playing squash and baking. Playing squash   My passion is my love for squash. I spend most of my evenings playing squash.
